What did you think of this episode, any thoughts?

In this episode, I talk about what it really means to stand up for yourself even in the smallest moments. I’ve realized it’s not always about the situation itself, but the principle of choosing to stand up. A lot of the time, I used to hold back because I was thinking about how the other person might react or worrying if I was being dramatic. But those small moments of silence start to add up.

For me, learning to speak up has been about building confidence, setting boundaries, and really understanding my own values. At the core of it, this is about showing up for myself, honoring my inner child, and becoming a leader in my own life.

What you’ll learn from this episode:
• How fear of other people’s reactions can hold us back from expressing ourselves
• The connection I’ve seen between boundaries, self-respect, and confidence
• How to stop questioning if you’re being “too much” for simply speaking your truth
• Why standing up for yourself is about principle, not just the situation

This episode is for anyone who’s learning how to set boundaries and build a stronger sense of self. If you’ve ever struggled with speaking up, second guessed your feelings, or put others before yourself at your own expense, this is for you.
